Returns
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on hair products. Swap-outs are also not available. Please review your cart carefully before checking out, as all sales are final.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, and once an order has left our warehouse in Johannesburg, South Africa, shipping fees are non-refundable.

During a promotional period, we recommend refreshing your cart exactly at 00:00 am for the discount to apply. If you check out at 00:00 without the discount loaded, we cannot refund the discounted balance.

Damaged or Missing Items
For damaged or missing items, please film yourself opening and unboxing your parcel as proof. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Send a photo of your packing slip along with photos of the products received. Once we investigate, you will receive a replacement package within 5–7 business days.

Delivery
Orders are delivered within 5–7 business days, though deliveries may occasionally arrive sooner depending on courier capacity. Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout, as we are not liable for errors caused by incorrect information.

Couriers will attempt delivery up to three (3) times. If the parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee as well as the cost to resend the items to your location.
